We offer a competitive compensation package, including 401(k), paid holidays and personal/vacation time, and reimbursement for CLE courses.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and other litigation-related documents</li><li>Prepare post-judgment documents including writs of execution, wage garnishment applications and information subpoenas</li><li>Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and Courts</li><li>Attend motion hearings, mediations and arbitrations</li><li>Assist with new client intake</li></ul>Ideally, the candidate should have 0-2 years of litigation experience.
