Administration and Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the college.</li><li>Manage staff workload, leave, recruitment, and performance reviews.</li><li>Coordinate with governing bodies, management, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and accreditation requirements.</li></ul>3. Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), AICTE, DTE, University, and Government norms.</li><li>Maintain faculty qualifications, student&ndash;teacher ratios, infrastructure, and laboratory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit required documentation for inspections, renewals, and approvals.</li></ul>4. Financial and Resource Management<ul><li>Assist management in budget planning and optimal resource allocation.</li><li>Oversee procurement of instruments, chemicals, library resources, and infrastructure.</li><li>Ensure proper utilization of grants, research funds, and institutional financial resources.</li></ul>5. Faculty and Staff Development<ul><li>Recruit qualified faculty and non-teaching staff.</li><li>Encourage faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, conferences, and higher studies.</li><li>Foster a positive and professional work culture.</li></ul>6. Student Welfare and Discipline<ul><li>Ensure a safe, ethical, and supportive environment for students.</li><li>Address student grievances, academic issues, and disciplinary matters.</li><li>Promote extracurricular, professional development, and placement activities.</li></ul>7. Research and Innovation Promotion<ul><li>Encourage faculty and students to engage in research, publications, patents, and projects.</li><li>Facilitate industry-academia collaboration and research funding opportunities.</li><li>Ensure ethical standards in research activities.</li></ul>8. Institutional Development<ul><li>Lead strategic planning for institutional growth and accreditation.</li><li>Strengthen industry partnerships, MoUs, internships, and training programs.</li><li>Promote community outreach, health camps, and pharmacy awareness programs.</li></ul>9. Communication and Representation<ul><li>Represent the institution in academic forums, professional bodies, and official meetings.</li><li>Maintain healthy communication among management, faculty, students, parents, and external agencies.</li><li>Promote the college&rsquo;s profile through conferences, events, and collaborations.</li></ul>10.
