Whether you're blending fresh ingredients or providing friendly customer support, your positive energy will be the driving force behind our success.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, beverages, and light food items with precision and flair.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, offering product recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute; area, adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols.</li><li>Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.</li><li>Uphold food safety regulations through proper food preparation and serving techniques, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred, especially within caf&eacute;s or retail environments.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in transaction processing.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service.</li><li>Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks.</li><li>Experience in coffee or smoothie preparation is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food industry best practices.
