 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 Quality Engineer
 
 to actively support all quality processes and drive continuous improvement. As part of our global organization, the ideal candidate contributes with a positive mindset, fair attitude, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support and monitor quality assurance and control processes in production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and improve quality system documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute product and process audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare 8D reports and update customer portals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Automotive preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in automotive quality processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of quality systems and tools: FMEA, APQP, MSA, 8D, PPAP, SPC, IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 9001.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with measurement techniques and problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Fish Bone, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (both written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
 </li>
