Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to actively support all quality processes and drive continuous improvement. As part of our global organization, the ideal candidate contributes with a positive mindset, fair attitude, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor quality assurance and control processes in production.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
• Maintain and improve quality system documentation.
• Plan and execute product and process audits.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare 8D reports and update customer portals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Automotive preferred).
• Experience in automotive quality processes.
• Knowledge of quality systems and tools: FMEA, APQP, MSA, 8D, PPAP, SPC, IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with measurement techniques and problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Fish Bone, etc.).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
