We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and help guide Snow Bowl&rsquo;s next chapter of growth within a thriving local community.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.</li><li>Foster a hospitality-first culture, emphasizing guest experience, service excellence, and community connection.</li><li>Manage bar operations and collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development, ingredient sourcing, and food &amp; beverage costing.</li><li>Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management for all departments to ensure cost control and consistency.</li><li>Create and manage staff schedules to balance labor efficiency and guest service.</li><li>Review and approve timesheets and payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Handle daily financial procedures, including counting drawers, reconciling POS data, reviewing sales reports, and preparing bank deposits.</li><li>Maintain effective cost management and operational systems across all departments.</li><li>Hire, train, and mentor team members, ensuring accountability and professional growth.</li><li>Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions, events, and community initiatives.</li><li>Build a positive, energetic, and professional workplace culture that supports both guest satisfaction and staff retention.</li><li>Proactively resolve guest feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and creativity.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, overseeing both FOH and BOH operations.</li><li>Strong bar knowledge and familiarity with kitchen operations.</li><li>Proven experience with menu and ingredient costing for both food and beverage.</li><li>Experience with TOAST POS system required.</li><li>Hands-on leadership style with a focus on guest experience, staff development, and operational excellence.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory, labor scheduling, and financial reporting.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health, Vision, and Dental coverage.</li><li>401(k) plan with employer participation.</li><li>$200/month phone and gas allowance.</li><li>Housing available in downtown Steamboat Springs at favorable lease rates (if needed).</li><li>Opportunity for growth within the organization as new concepts are developed.</li></ul>Why Join Snow BowlJoin a team that believes in community, creativity, and genuine hospitality.
