Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, prospect, and onboard new F&amp;B, wellness, real estate and lifestyle businesses across Dubai. Clients based in America, Europe and Asia are welcome too as our work can be done remotely.</li><li>Selling social media retainers (content, management, strategy), paid media and digital marketing packages</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and solution-based selling.</li><li>Pitch our marketing services, including social media strategy, paid ad management, content creation (static and video ads), influencer marketing.</li><li>Prepare customized proposals, sales decks, and service packages based on client needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine positioning.</li><li>Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress regularly to the founding team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (agency or marketing background preferred).</li><li>Strong network or understanding of the Dubai F&amp;B/lifestyle scene is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.</li><li>Based in Dubai</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing is highly advantageous.</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Flexible hours and remote working style.</li><li>Opportunity to shape and grow our Dubai presence from the ground up.</li><li>Work alongside a passionate, fast-moving team with global ambitions.</li></ul>To Apply:Send your resume to careers@socialtellers.co This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who already has a strong network in the UAE and wants to earn well without being tied to a 9&ndash;5.Base pay is possible based on experience.Salary is negotiable based on experience and skillsJob Type: Contract Contract length: 3 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Where is your country of origin?</li><li>Do you currently hold a valid UAE visa that allows you to work without company sponsorship (e.g. family visa, freelance visa, golden visa)?
