Social Tellers is looking for an AI Operations Specialist to help build smarter internal systems using AI tools, automations and modern workflows.
This role combines operations, AI tools, marketing workflows, and creative systems. You will work closely with the founder to improve productivity, streamline processes and help scale the business efficiently.
You should be comfortable using AI tools (Claude) daily and enjoy solving operational problems.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-assisted workflows for the business
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Zapier, Airtable, and automation platforms
- Create internal SOPs and workflow documentation
- Organize prompt libraries and reusable templates
- Assist with reporting workflows and campaign coordination
- Improve internal productivity systems
- Research and test new AI tools and workflows
- Support content operations and marketing systems
- Help automate repetitive admin and operational tasks
- Coordinate across content, client management and production workflows
- Create Loom walkthroughs and internal training materials
- Maintain organized databases, folders and workflow structures
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Claude (Chat, Co-Work, Coding)
- Familiar with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Able to learn quickly and adapt fast
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Familiar with Notion, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Understanding of content creation, marketing, or social media workflows
Bonus Skills
- Experience with creator marketing or agencies
- Understanding of podcast or content production workflows
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
- Experience with Airtable or ClickUp
- Familiar with AI content tools
- Basic design or editing knowledge
- Experience building automations for operations or marketing
