Position Title: Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphics Designer Location: Noida Sector 116 Department: Creative / Design Salary: 30K to 55K (Depending on Experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop original and engaging creative designs for digital ads, social media posts, banners, brochures, packaging, and other branding material.</li><li>Create eye-catching visuals and layouts based on brand guidelines and marketing briefs.</li><li>Work closely with content, digital marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into high-quality visual output.</li><li>Design assets for campaigns, events, presentations, and internal communications.</li><li>Prepare artwork for print production including dielines, color matching, and resolution checks.</li><li>Edit and retouch images for social media, e-commerce, and product catalogs.</li><li>Maintain consistency and quality across all designs and formats.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Software Proficiency<ul><li>Adobe Illustrator &ndash; Vector design, logo creation, icons</li><li>CorelDRAW &ndash; Print layout, packaging, and marketing collaterals</li><li>Adobe Photoshop &ndash; Image editing, mockups, digital artwork</li><li>Knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Canva is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and file versioning tools</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across mediums.</li><li>Attention to detail with excellent visual composition and color theory.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Motion graphics or basic animation</li><li>UI/UX understanding or experience</li><li>Photography or videography knowledge</li><li>Experience working with branding projects or product packaging</li></ul>to apply share your cv on hr@sociapa.com or WhatsApp on 8178213368Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
