Position Title: Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphics Designer

Salary: 30K to 55K (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original and engaging creative designs for digital ads, social media posts, banners, brochures, packaging, and other branding material.
• Create eye-catching visuals and layouts based on brand guidelines and marketing briefs.
• Work closely with content, digital marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into high-quality visual output.
• Design assets for campaigns, events, presentations, and internal communications.
• Prepare artwork for print production including dielines, color matching, and resolution checks.
• Edit and retouch images for social media, e-commerce, and product catalogs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all designs and formats.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Tools & Software Proficiency

• Adobe Illustrator – Vector design, logo creation, icons
• CorelDRAW – Print layout, packaging, and marketing collaterals
• Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, mockups, digital artwork
• Knowledge of InDesign, After Effects, or Canva is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and file versioning tools

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across mediums.
• Attention to detail with excellent visual composition and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Motion graphics or basic animation
• UI/UX understanding or experience
• Photography or videography knowledge
• Experience working with branding projects or product packaging
