Recruitment Support<ul><li>Post job openings on various platforms and ensure accuracy of descriptions.</li><li>Source candidates, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and manage the candidate pipeline.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain candidate records and track recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Assist with reference checks and prepare employment contracts.</li><li>Support mass recruitment drives and campus hiring efforts.</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Training<ul><li>Coordinate onboarding logistics, new hire paperwork, and orientation sessions.</li><li>Schedule training sessions for new and existing employees</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Employee Support<ul><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.</li><li>Assist with time tracking, leave management, and payroll preparation.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, databases, and digital files.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (Prefrable in HR, Business Admin, or related field).</li><li>1-3 years of HR experience, with talent acquisition exposure.</li><li>Proficiency with Hiring portals.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
