&#9642; Documentation &amp; Agreements:o Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including investment agreements, shareholder agreements, and incubation agreements.o Ensure all documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.&#9642; Legal Advisory:o Provide legal advice and support on matters related to startup incubation, investments, and corporate governance.o Assist startups in understanding the legal implications of fundraising and investment processes.&#9642; Due Diligence:o Conduct legal due diligence for startups seeking investment.o Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with investment processes.&#9642; Compliance:o Ensure startups comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.o Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting startups and provide updates to the team.&#9642; Collaboration:o Work collaboratively with the portfolio team to support startups in their legal needs.Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.Qualifications, Experience, and Expertise:&#9642; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university. A master&rsquo;s degree in law (LLM) will be an added advantage.&#9642; Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on startup legal advisory, investment processes, and due diligence.Preferred Attributes:&#9642; Experience in working with startups or in a startup environment.&#9642; Familiarity with the legal landscape of the technology sector.&#9642; Strong network within the legal community.Skills:&#9642; Strong understanding of corporate law, investment processes, and legal documentation.&#9642; Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.&#9642; Ability to analyze and solve complex legal issues.&#9642; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.&#9642; Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>do you have experience as startup legal advisory or knowledge of corporate law, investment processes, and due diligence.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
