About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Junior/Senior) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a good understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print media.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop engaging designs for social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, and other digital creatives.</li><li>Create branding materials including logos, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals.</li><li>Understand project requirements and translate briefs into visually appealing concepts.</li><li>Ensure consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective creatives.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>(For Senior Role): Lead creative directions and provide guidance to junior designers.</li><li>(For Senior Role): Review and ensure quality control of all creative outputs.</li><li>(For Senior Role): Manage multiple projects and interact with clients for design presentations (if required).</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools like Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW etc.</li><li>Strong sense of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout.</li><li>Creativity, originality, and the ability to think out-of-the-box.</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>(For Senior Role): Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead creative solutions.</li><li>(For Senior Role): Experience in mentoring juniors and handling end-to-end design projects.</li></ul>Experience Required<ul><li>Junior Graphic Designer: 0.6 &ndash; 2 years</li><li>Senior Graphic Designer: 3 &ndash; 4 years</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Relevant certifications/courses will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Which design tools are you proficient in?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>Are you open to working from office?(location- Sanpada, Navi Mumbai)</li><li>Do you have a portfolio to showcase your work?(if yes, Please share link)</li><li>What is your current CTC?
