Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Junior/Senior) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a good understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging designs for social media posts, banners, ads, presentations, and other digital creatives.
• Create branding materials including logos, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
• Understand project requirements and translate briefs into visually appealing concepts.
• Ensure consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and client servicing teams to deliver timely and effective creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• (For Senior Role): Lead creative directions and provide guidance to junior designers.
• (For Senior Role): Review and ensure quality control of all creative outputs.
• (For Senior Role): Manage multiple projects and interact with clients for design presentations (if required).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools like Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW etc.
• Strong sense of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Creativity, originality, and the ability to think out-of-the-box.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• (For Senior Role): Strong conceptual thinking and ability to lead creative solutions.
• (For Senior Role): Experience in mentoring juniors and handling end-to-end design projects.

Experience Required

• Junior Graphic Designer: 0.6 – 2 years
• Senior Graphic Designer: 3 – 4 years

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications/courses will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
