Position Overview
The Studio Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located in Wellington, FL. The coordinator will work closely with and support the designers out of the Wellington office and be responsible for managing project schedules, liaising with clients and vendors, overseeing material and furniture selection processes, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Daily responsibilities include organizing project documentation, coordinating team efforts, maintaining timelines, and assisting with various project tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications<ul><li>
Project management and organizational skills to effectively oversee timelines, schedules, budgets, and project tasks.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li><li>
Knowledge of basic interior design principles, materials, and furniture sourcing.</li><li>
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem solve, as needed.</li><li>
Proficiency in design software (Design Manager a plus, but not required) and project management tools, as well as familiarity with computer software and programs like Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.</li><li>
Experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus.</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>
This position requires on-site attendance at local and out-of-state installs.</li></ul>

Position Overview
The Senior Designer is a high-energy, positive-minded professional with experience in luxury residential interior design and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, client service driven environment on multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Work closely with clients and firm President to create and execute a comprehensive interior design vision for each project</li><li>
Develop project-specific interior architectural designs and interior design concepts for ceilings, millwork, tile layout, flooring patterns, in collaboration with interior detailer</li><li>
Make background selections for projects</li><li>
Make furniture selections for projects</li><li>
Maintain/organize project files, schedules, and specifications</li><li>
Manage project timelines and meet specific deadlines for multiple projects, simultaneously</li><li>
Manage and mentor a dedicated design assistant</li><li>
Conduct site visits when necessary and assist in construction supervision</li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>
Minimum 5 years residential interior design experience (luxury residential projects preferred, but not required), as dedicated designer on projects</li><li>
Understand shop drawings from cabinet and millwork companies</li><li>
Understand architectural drawings</li><li>
Working knowledge of construction techniques and related coordinating details and dimensions</li><li>
Follow budget standards and properly track and manage time</li><li>
Adhere to company standards and be open to learning and receiving feedback</li><li>
Dynamic presentation and public speaking skills</li><li>
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment where forward-thinking and communication is key</li><li>
