About Us: We are a growing Ecommerce company looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our finance team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage accounts receivable (debtors) and accounts payable (creditors) effectively.</li><li>Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and reconcile customer/vendor statements.</li><li>Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records and reconciliations with accounting data.</li><li>Process supplier invoices and customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and summaries.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in the ERP system.</li><li>Assist in audits and other finance-related tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of debtor &amp; creditor management and inventory management.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,750.00 per monthWork Location: In person
