Job Description 
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of Pashawat, our Arabic / Lebanese restaurant. The selected candidate will assist in leading the team, ensuring high service standards, and delivering an authentic dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations</li><li>
Ensure smooth service flow in line with Arabic / Lebanese dining standards</li><li>
Lead, train, and motivate the service team</li><li>
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally</li><li>
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards</li><li>
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance follow-up</li><li>
Control costs, monitor inventory, and support stock takes</li><li>
Drive sales and upselling initiatives</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
2&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role within an Arabic or Lebanese restaurant preferred</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>
Good knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine service style</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment</li><li>
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred</li></ul>
