Job Description: Engineering Lead or Technical Lead (Full Stack ERP SaaS Application)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to architect, build, and scale our full-stack, cloud-native ERP SaaS platform. This role involves leading a cross-functional engineering team and driving excellence in software design, automation, quality, and DevOps practices.ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture &amp; Development<ul><li>Architect, design, and develop a cloud-native, multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive implementation of microservices, API-first design, and domain-driven architecture.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure code quality through automated testing, code review standards, linting, and CI-based quality gates. Leadership &amp; Team Management</li></ul><ul><li>Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team.</li></ul><ul><li>Establish engineering practices including clean coding, TDD/BDD, GitOps, and performance benchmarking.</li></ul><ul><li>Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement</li></ul>DevOps, Cloud &amp; Automation <ul><li>Oversee Azure-based cloud deployments, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Champion automated testing frameworks like Playwright for UI and regression coverage.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement monitoring, distributed tracing, and centralized logging. Integrations &amp; Data</li></ul><ul><li>Lead integrations with financial systems, procurement platforms, and APIs.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee secure data pipelines and event-driven workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure high-availability, disaster recovery, and multi-tenant data isolation</li></ul>Performance, Security &amp; Scalability <ul><li>Optimize performance, caching strategies, and API response times.</li></ul><ul><li>Enforce security best practices and compliance alignment.</li></ul><ul><li>Lead load testing, scaling strategies, and SLA/SLO definitions. Business &amp; Product Collaboration</li></ul><ul><li>Align technology decisions with business objectives.</li></ul><ul><li>Support roadmap planning and technical feasibility assessments.</li></ul>RequirementsTechnical &amp; Leadership Experience<ul><li>5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, 2+ in leadership.</li></ul><ul><li>Expertise in Azure, cloud services, CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Java, Node.js/Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Playwright and automated testing pipelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience delivering scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
