Job Description: Engineering Lead or Technical Lead (Full Stack ERP SaaS Application)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to architect, build, and scale our full-stack, cloud-native ERP SaaS platform. This role involves leading a cross-functional engineering team and driving excellence in software design, automation, quality, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Development
- Architect, design, and develop a cloud-native, multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform.
- Drive implementation of microservices, API-first design, and domain-driven architecture.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code review standards, linting, and CI-based quality gates. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Establish engineering practices including clean coding, TDD/BDD, GitOps, and performance benchmarking.
- Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement
DevOps, Cloud & Automation
- Oversee Azure-based cloud deployments, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion automated testing frameworks like Playwright for UI and regression coverage.
- Implement monitoring, distributed tracing, and centralized logging. Integrations & Data
- Lead integrations with financial systems, procurement platforms, and APIs.
- Oversee secure data pipelines and event-driven workflows.
- Ensure high-availability, disaster recovery, and multi-tenant data isolation
Performance, Security & Scalability
- Optimize performance, caching strategies, and API response times.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance alignment.
- Lead load testing, scaling strategies, and SLA/SLO definitions. Business & Product Collaboration
- Align technology decisions with business objectives.
- Support roadmap planning and technical feasibility assessments.
Requirements
Technical & Leadership Experience
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, 2+ in leadership.
- Expertise in Azure, cloud services, CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js/Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Experience with Playwright and automated testing pipelines.
- Experience delivering scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions. Engineering Practices
- Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, continuous testing, and automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiar with GraphQL, REST, API versioning, and event-driven systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Playwright experience for advanced automation.
- Experience with GraphQL, Pub/Sub, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Exposure to AI/ML analytics for construction tech.
- Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, service mesh experience
