Job Overview Sol Smoothie is seeking dependable, energetic, and highly organized full-time &amp; part-time team members to oversee daily shop operations. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and the ability to manage both customer service and back-of-house operations.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve menu items, including coffee drinks, smoothies, a&ccedil;a&iacute; bowls, toast, frozen yogurt, and other food and beverage offerings</li><li>Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and presentation</li><li>Operate Clover POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.</li><li>Handle cash and card payments with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing at shift end.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations.</li><li>Assist with cleaning, washing dishes, garbage removal, and ensuring the caf&eacute; remains tidy and inviting throughout your shift.</li><li>Must be available 8:30am-4:30pm for Full-Time</li><li>Part-time hours 10am-3pm</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or quick service &amp; cafe setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math skills for retail math and cash transactions is advantageous.</li><li>Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail environment demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>The ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail ensures smooth operations.</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized</li><li>Prior caf&eacute;, smoothie bar, and/or food service experience preferred; barista experience a</li></ul>plus<ul><li>Will train the right candidate</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own transportation? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
