If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about people, this role is your chance to make a meaningful impact every day.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking, and conducting interviews to identify top talent.</li><li>Facilitate new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.</li><li>Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management programs and regular feedback cycles, to promote ongoing development.</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.</li><li>Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design projects and implementing workforce management strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques while ensuring adherence to employment &amp; labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA requirements.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, or Ceridian; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and facilitate training &amp; development sessions.</li><li>Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and entry tasks.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts strategically.</li><li>Administrative experience including benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, Kronos), and social media management for employer branding activities is a plus.
