Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in shaping a positive, productive workplace environment. <Responsibilities>

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking, and conducting interviews to identify top talent.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
  • Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management programs and regular feedback cycles, to promote ongoing development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design projects and implementing workforce management strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques while ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA requirements.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, or Ceridian; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and facilitate training & development sessions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and entry tasks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts strategically.
  • Administrative experience including benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, Kronos), and social media management for employer branding activities is a plus. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
