Position Summary 
We are seeking a strong Outside Sales Rep to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. This role plays an important part in developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through direct, in-person sales efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently within their assigned territory. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Develop and grow new business within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting and relationship building.</li>
<li>Manage and expand relationships with existing customers across energy, telecom, utility, and industrial markets.</li>
<li>Conduct in-person sales meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.</li>
<li>Understand customer operational challenges and recommend customized power, automation, and enclosure solutions.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts; close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer records within the CRM system</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments</li>
<li>May perform other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications</div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of proven success working in outside sales, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, power, energy, or technical solution environments</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support customer needs and business objectives</li>
<li>Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while managing a territory and sales pipeline</li>
<li>Ability to engage in technical discussions and selling customized, engineered solutions</li>
<li>Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred</li></ul></div>
