Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Comply with all of TurboFab&rsquo;s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines.
</li><li>Must keep all areas clean and orderly; and comply with TurboFab&rsquo;s housekeeping procedures.
</li><li>Holds and positions parts.
</li><li>Document control.
</li><li>Validation checks of product
</li><li>Grinds and chips rough edges as required.
</li><li>Uses hammers and other tools to perform job
</li><li>Must work safely and abide by safety rules and regulations.
</li><li>Must maintain all equipment in good working condition.
</li><li>Train other less experience Helpers.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>This position is for the helper with more than three years of experience and requires minimal supervision to perform duties assigned.
</li><li>Must have the ability to perform the duties described herein.
</li><li>Must exhibit the skills and willingness to perform assigned tasks in a fully competent manner.
</li><li>Must have knowledge of tools used in the industry.
</li><li>Must be able to get along with others.
</li><li>Must be able to verbally communicate with others.
</li><li>Must be able to work 2nd shift. **Candidates may be placed on any shift, dependent on business needs** 
</li></ul>Summary Pay Range:
 $14.22 - 21.33 
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
