Position: PLM Business Process Specialist/Analyst
As a PLM Business Process Specialist/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. You'll collaborate with various business units to identify challenges and implement improvements using cutting-edge PLM and CAD tools like PTC's Windchill PDMLink , Creo Parametric, and Creo View.
What You'll Do:
Innovate and Improve: Partner with business teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance our PLM processes.
Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to promote common practices and improvements.
Troubleshoot and Design: Tackle tough issues, write clear problem statements, and create optimal solution designs for our developers.
Learn and Grow: Gain expertise in project management, data management, and Windchill/Creo software, even if you don't have a deep technical background.
What We're Looking For:
Required: A degree in an engineering field plus 1-2 years of experience, or, 2-4 years of experience using Windchill.
Preferred: Experience with Windchill or Creo Parametric support, training, or administration. A strong background or interest in computer science is a plus.

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
