Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our private practice. This position offers flexible scheduling, a combination of in-person and telehealth work, and the opportunity to grow a specialty-focused private practice caseload. We are especially interested in a clinician who is certified or willing to become certified as a Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT).Note: This role requires building your own caseload over time with support from the practice.ResponsibilitiesClinical<ul><li>Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations</li><li>Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy</li><li>Develop personalized treatment plans</li><li>Specialize in trauma, addiction, attachment, and emotional healing work</li><li>Maintain professional clinical documentation (HIPAA compliant)</li><li>Provide crisis intervention when needed</li><li>Offer telehealth services when approved</li><li>Stay current in clinical best practices</li></ul>Administrative<ul><li>Use TherapyNotes and Headway for scheduling and billing (training provided)</li><li>Respond to client messages in a timely manner</li><li>Participate in practice growth when asked (e.g. marketing ideas, client resources)</li><li>Contribute to a collaborative and ethical team culture</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active and unrestricted LPC license (required)</li><li>Training in EMDR, EFT, CBT, attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or related modalities</li><li>Experience working with couples, addiction, trauma, or family systems preferred</li><li>CSAT certification or willingness to pursue certification upon hire (required)</li><li>Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity</li><li>Must be professional, reliable, and self-motivated</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Structure<ul><li>May start as 1099 Contractor position</li><li>50/50 profit split per pay period</li><li>Hybrid options available (combination of office and telehealth work)</li><li>Office space provided</li><li>Independent scheduling</li><li>Must build and manage own caseload</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Flexible hours</li><li>Part-time or full-time available</li><li>Some evening availability preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Mesa, AZ 85206
