Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our private practice. This position offers flexible scheduling, a combination of in-person and telehealth work, and the opportunity to grow a specialty-focused private practice caseload. We are especially interested in a clinician who is certified or willing to become certified as a Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT).

Note: This role requires building your own caseload over time with support from the practice.

Responsibilities

Clinical

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Specialize in trauma, addiction, attachment, and emotional healing work
• Maintain professional clinical documentation (HIPAA compliant)
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Offer telehealth services when approved
• Stay current in clinical best practices

Administrative

• Use TherapyNotes and Headway for scheduling and billing (training provided)
• Respond to client messages in a timely manner
• Participate in practice growth when asked (e.g. marketing ideas, client resources)
• Contribute to a collaborative and ethical team culture

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license (required)
• Training in EMDR, EFT, CBT, attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or related modalities
• Experience working with couples, addiction, trauma, or family systems preferred
• CSAT certification or willingness to pursue certification upon hire (required)
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
• Must be professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Compensation & Structure

• May start as 1099 Contractor position
• 50/50 profit split per pay period
• Hybrid options available (combination of office and telehealth work)
• Office space provided
• Independent scheduling
• Must build and manage own caseload

Schedule

• Flexible hours
• Part-time or full-time available
• Some evening availability preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
