Position Title: Licensed TherapistJob Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team in Denton, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong preference for candidates skilled in play therapy. This role involves a blend of in-person and virtual therapy services, focusing on supporting clients' mental health and personal growth.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health needs.</li><li>Utilize evidenced-based techniques to create a safe and effective therapeutic environment.</li><li>Develop and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and other medical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.</li><li>Engage in continuing education and training to maintain best practices and stay current with new therapeutic approaches.</li><li>Offer support and counseling to clients, empowering them in their personal development and emotional well-being.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required).</li><li>Independent state licensure as a therapist or counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) (preferred).</li><li>Training and experience in play therapy (strongly preferred).</li><li>Experience providing therapy to diverse age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.</li><li>A client-centered approach with empathy, professionalism, and dedication to making a positive impact.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week.</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Hybrid remote in Denton, TX.</li><li>Candidates must have the ability to commute to Denton, TX or relocate before starting (preferred).</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Choose your own hours for a healthy work-life balance.</li></ul>Join Us: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults by providing exceptional therapeutic support.
