It does so with full transparency, testability and trust.Solid is founded by successful, second-time founders, and backed by leading venture capital funds such as SignalFire and Team8.Job Description:We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager (part-time, ~25 hours/week) to build and execute Solid&rsquo;s marketing engine. You&rsquo;ll be the driving force behind our demand generation, digital campaigns, and content strategy, helping us reach and convert prospects into happy customers.Solid is a Series A company, and as the pipeline grows so will the demand of this role. You should expect to convert to full time by approximately April 2026.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Run, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.</li><li>Manage the company&rsquo;s social media presence (LinkedIn mostly).</li><li>Create and refine website copy for landing pages, ads, and blog posts.</li><li>Manage and edit our podcast (light audio/video editing, repurposing clips for social).</li><li>Build and manage the demand funnel: outreach &rarr; demo &rarr; POC &rarr; closed won.</li><li>Improve SEO and AEO (AI search optimization).</li><li>Produce product demo videos and short explainer content.</li><li>Assist outbound sales with sales enablement (content that can be shared, videos, etc.).</li><li>Support additional marketing initiatives (email nurture, event support, collateral).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS/startups.</li><li>Proven track record in paid campaign management (LinkedIn &amp; Google).</li><li>Strong copywriting and content creation skills.</li><li>Comfortable with light video/audio editing tools (Descript, Premiere, Canva, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with CRM &amp; funnel reporting (HubSpot).</li><li>Experience with Product Marketing in the SaaS world - big plus.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to operate independently in a startup.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Be part of a growing company that is transforming how business users and analysts work with data.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a passionate, innovative team dedicated to driving impactful change in the analytics space.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Using GenAI (ChatGPT etc) is important to us, detail how you've leveraged such technologies in your recent work</li><li>Detail your past success in related roles (SaaS B2B), including measurable goals</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
