Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager (part-time, ~25 hours/week) to build and execute Solid’s marketing engine. You’ll be the driving force behind our demand generation, digital campaigns, and content strategy, helping us reach and convert prospects into happy customers.

Solid is a Series A company, and as the pipeline grows so will the demand of this role. You should expect to convert to full time by approximately April 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Run, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn mostly).
  • Create and refine website copy for landing pages, ads, and blog posts.
  • Manage and edit our podcast (light audio/video editing, repurposing clips for social).
  • Build and manage the demand funnel: outreach → demo → POC → closed won.
  • Improve SEO and AEO (AI search optimization).
  • Produce product demo videos and short explainer content.
  • Assist outbound sales with sales enablement (content that can be shared, videos, etc.).
  • Support additional marketing initiatives (email nurture, event support, collateral).

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS/startups.
  • Proven track record in paid campaign management (LinkedIn & Google).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Comfortable with light video/audio editing tools (Descript, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM & funnel reporting (HubSpot).
  • Experience with Product Marketing in the SaaS world - big plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to operate independently in a startup.

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
