We combine advanced, precision-guided TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) technology with a human-first approach &mdash; helping people restore balance, clarity, and wholeness.We&rsquo;re expanding across Southern California and are looking for a full-time SEO &amp; Content Marketing Manager to help us grow our online visibility, educate patients, and dominate local search for TMS therapy.The RoleYou&rsquo;ll own our organic growth engine &mdash; leading SEO strategy, managing the content calendar, and driving measurable increases in qualified traffic and patient conversions.This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who loves combining creative storytelling with analytical rigor. You&rsquo;ll collaborate directly with leadership and our creative team to bring the Sollus Health brand to life online.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on local and national growth.</li><li>Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content mapping using tools like SpyFu, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.</li><li>Write and optimize web pages, blogs, and location pages for maximum visibility and conversion.</li><li>Build and manage a content calendar aligned with service lines (TMS, depression, anxiety, ADHD).</li><li>Conduct regular SEO audits to improve site structure, metadata, schema, and Core Web Vitals.</li><li>Create and manage backlink outreach (directories, guest posts, PR mentions, and partnerships).</li><li>Track performance metrics (rankings, CTR, leads) and deliver monthly reports.</li><li>Collaborate with design, medical, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Page 1 rankings for local keywords (e.g., TMS San Diego, TMS near me)</li><li>100% optimized service + location pages with schema</li><li>10+ high-quality backlinks earned monthly</li><li>Consistent blog and resource publishing cadence</li><li>Measurable growth in organic leads month over month</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in SEO or content marketing (healthcare experience preferred)</li><li>Proven record improving keyword rankings and organic conversions</li><li>Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and major SEO tools</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills (able to craft patient-friendly, medically accurate content)</li><li>Experience with local SEO, link building, and on-page optimization</li><li>Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant content workflows is a plus</li><li>Bonus: experience with Google Ads, social media management, or paid campaigns</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, portfolio, or examples of SEO content you&rsquo;ve written or optimized (before/after analytics preferred).If you&rsquo;re passionate about mental health, data-driven storytelling, and building something meaningful &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
