We combine advanced, precision-guided TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) technology with a human-first approach — helping people restore balance, clarity, and wholeness.

We’re expanding across Southern California and are looking for a full-time SEO & Content Marketing Manager to help us grow our online visibility, educate patients, and dominate local search for TMS therapy.

The Role

You’ll own our organic growth engine — leading SEO strategy, managing the content calendar, and driving measurable increases in qualified traffic and patient conversions.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who loves combining creative storytelling with analytical rigor. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and our creative team to bring the Sollus Health brand to life online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on local and national growth.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content mapping using tools like SpyFu, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Write and optimize web pages, blogs, and location pages for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with service lines (TMS, depression, anxiety, ADHD).
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to improve site structure, metadata, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Create and manage backlink outreach (directories, guest posts, PR mentions, and partnerships).
  • Track performance metrics (rankings, CTR, leads) and deliver monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with design, medical, and operations teams to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Page 1 rankings for local keywords (e.g., TMS San Diego, TMS near me)
  • 100% optimized service + location pages with schema
  • 10+ high-quality backlinks earned monthly
  • Consistent blog and resource publishing cadence
  • Measurable growth in organic leads month over month

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO or content marketing (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Proven record improving keyword rankings and organic conversions
  • Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and major SEO tools
  • Strong writing and editing skills (able to craft patient-friendly, medically accurate content)
  • Experience with local SEO, link building, and on-page optimization
  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant content workflows is a plus
  • Bonus: experience with Google Ads, social media management, or paid campaigns
