Contract Type-1099Support Type - Onsite (No Hybrid /Remote)Support Window- Monday to FridayRole Overview The Site Services Technician is responsible for supporting day-to-day lab operations, device lifecycle management, and infrastructure support. This role ensures high service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute rack-level deployments, decommissions, and hardware installations (servers, networking, lab equipment)</li><li>Manage asset lifecycle activities including intake, imaging, validation, tracking, and retirement</li><li>Maintain CMDB/data accuracy and support audit/compliance requirements</li><li>Perform troubleshooting and break-fix activities for lab infrastructure and devices</li><li>Support customer requests, service engagements, and lab readiness activities</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures (OHS, PPE, site policies)</li><li>Contribute to process improvements, runbooks, and standardization efforts</li><li>Assist in data validation, reporting, and operational dashboards</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong understanding of data center/lab operations and hardware handling</li><li>Experience with asset management tools (ServiceNow, CMDB or equivalent)</li><li>Basic networking and server hardware knowledge</li><li>Ability to follow SOPs and maintain high data accuracy</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Familiarity with safety and compliance practices in lab/data center environments</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience supporting large-scale deployments or migration projects</li><li>Exposure to automation/tools (Power BI, Kusto, scripting, AI-driven improvements)</li><li>Prior experience in Microsoft DataCenters/Labs or similar environments</li></ul>Pay: $5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
