Job Title: Senior Advocate &ndash; Civil &amp; Criminal Litigation Location: [City / Court Complex Name]Experience: Minimum 5 years in active litigation Employment Type: Full-time / On-roll About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advocate experienced in Civil and Criminal litigation to handle matters independently, guide junior associates, and represent clients in various courts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Represent clients in District &amp; High Court civil and criminal matters</li><li>Handle trials, evidence, cross-examination, arguments &amp; case strategy</li><li>Draft &amp; vet legal documents including:</li><li>Civil suits, complaints, replies</li><li>Bail applications, 138 NI Act, revisions &amp; appeals</li><li>Writ petitions &amp; notices</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs</li><li>Appear before courts &amp; legal authorities for hearings</li><li>Manage client meetings, advisory &amp; case updates</li><li>Supervise and guide junior advocates &amp; interns</li><li>Maintain case files, timelines &amp; compliance standards</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>LLB / LLM from a recognized university</li><li>07&ndash;15+ years of hands-on litigation experience</li><li>Strong command over CPC, CrPC, IPC, Evidence Act, NI Act</li><li>Excellent drafting &amp; argument skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure matters</li><li>Fluency in English &amp; Hindi (local language preferred)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary as per experience</li><li>Performance-based incentives At least one character isn't recognized.
