We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advocate experienced in Civil and Criminal litigation to handle matters independently, guide junior associates, and represent clients in various courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in District & High Court civil and criminal matters
• Handle trials, evidence, cross-examination, arguments & case strategy
• Draft & vet legal documents including:
• Civil suits, complaints, replies
• Bail applications, 138 NI Act, revisions & appeals
• Writ petitions & notices
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Appear before courts & legal authorities for hearings
• Manage client meetings, advisory & case updates
• Supervise and guide junior advocates & interns
• Maintain case files, timelines & compliance standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university
• 07–15+ years of hands-on litigation experience
• Strong command over CPC, CrPC, IPC, Evidence Act, NI Act
• Excellent drafting & argument skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure matters
• Fluency in English & Hindi (local language preferred)
