You are the first point of contact for potential clients and responsible for ensuring qualified leads are efficiently scheduled for consultations&mdash;without delays or missed opportunities.If you are organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable following structured processes, this role is a great fit.Key Responsibilities: &middot; Answer incoming calls and guide potential clients through intake&middot; Gather and enter accurate client information into our system (MyCase)&middot; Perform conflict checks&middot; Schedule consultations in real time whenever possible&middot; Clearly explain next steps and set expectations for clients&middot; Reduce unnecessary call transfers to attorneys and legal assistants&middot; Follow established scripts and workflows&middot; Assist with front desk and light administrative tasksWhat Success Looks Like:&middot; High percentage of callers scheduled during the first call&middot; Minimal &ldquo;callback&rdquo; backlog&middot; Accurate and complete data entry&middot; Smooth, professional client experienceQualifications:&middot; Prior receptionist, intake, or customer service experience preferred&middot; Strong communication and phone skills&middot; Highly organized with strong attention to detail&middot; Comfortable multitasking and using technology&middot; Spanish bilingual nonnegotiableCompensation &amp; Benefits:&middot; $19 - $25/hour (based on experience)&middot; Performance-based bonuses tied to lead conversion&middot; 4-day work week&middot; Paid time off and holidaysWork Environment:&middot; Structured, process-driven team&middot; Clear expectations and measurable performance&middot; Fast-paced, professional office settingHow to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a short response to the following:&middot; A caller says: &ldquo;I&rsquo;m not sure if I want to schedule yet - I need to think about it.&rdquo; How would you respond?Application Deadline: May 15, 2026, for an estimated start date of early June 2026.Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
