</b></p><p>We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing &amp; PPC Expert to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and pay-per-click advertising strategies (Google Ads, Display, SMO, etc.) to generate leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions for our clients/business. The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, creativity, and a proven track record of successful campaign management.
</p><p><b>Email Marketing Role and Responsibilities:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Campaign Creation &amp; Management: Designing, writing, scheduling, and sending email campaigns such as newsletters, promotional offers, drip campaigns, surveys, and welcome series tailored to target audiences.
</li></ul><ul><li>Automation and Personalization: Setting up email automation workflows and personalized messaging to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
</li></ul><ul><li>Performance Monitoring: Analyzing open rates, click-through rates, conversion metrics, and bounce rates to optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
</li></ul><ul><li>Template Design &amp; Compliance: Creating visually appealing, responsive email templates complying with best practices and regulations like GDPR or CAN-SPAM.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaboration: Working with content, design, and sales teams to align email messaging with broader marketing initiatives.
</li></ul></div><p><b>PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Role and Responsibilities:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Campaign Strategy &amp; Setup: Planning and launching PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms targeting relevant keywords and demographics.
</li></ul><ul><li>Keyword Research &amp; Targeting: Conducting extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ad relevance and ROI.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ad Creation &amp; Optimization: Writing compelling ad copies, designing creatives (if applicable), and performing continual A/B testing to improve click-through and conversion rates.
</li></ul><ul><li>Bid Management &amp; Budget Allocation: Managing bids, budgets, and daily spend to ensure efficient cost control and campaign scalability.
</li></ul><ul><li>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics and Ads dashboard to monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversions) and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
</li></ul><ul><li>Landing Page Optimization: Collaborating with web teams to improve landing page experiences for better Quality Scores and conversion rates.
</li></ul></div><p><b>Required Skills and Experience:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, Business, Communications, or related field.
</li></ul><ul><li>2+ years of proven experience managing email marketing campaigns and PPC advertising.
</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign) and Google Ads platform.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of SEO and how paid search complements organic search.
</li></ul><ul><li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and PPC tracking.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to design creative, compelling ad copies and email templates.
</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
</li></ul></div><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:
</b></p><div><ul><li>Experience working with CRM integration for email marketing.
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms.
</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of additional ad platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p>
