Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing & PPC Expert to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and pay-per-click advertising strategies (Google Ads, Display, SMO, etc.) to generate leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions for our clients/business. The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, creativity, and a proven track record of successful campaign management.
Email Marketing Role and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creation & Management: Designing, writing, scheduling, and sending email campaigns such as newsletters, promotional offers, drip campaigns, surveys, and welcome series tailored to target audiences.
- Automation and Personalization: Setting up email automation workflows and personalized messaging to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing open rates, click-through rates, conversion metrics, and bounce rates to optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
- Template Design & Compliance: Creating visually appealing, responsive email templates complying with best practices and regulations like GDPR or CAN-SPAM.
- Collaboration: Working with content, design, and sales teams to align email messaging with broader marketing initiatives.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Role and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Setup: Planning and launching PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms targeting relevant keywords and demographics.
- Keyword Research & Targeting: Conducting extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ad relevance and ROI.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Writing compelling ad copies, designing creatives (if applicable), and performing continual A/B testing to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Bid Management & Budget Allocation: Managing bids, budgets, and daily spend to ensure efficient cost control and campaign scalability.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics and Ads dashboard to monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversions) and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborating with web teams to improve landing page experiences for better Quality Scores and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience managing email marketing campaigns and PPC advertising.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign) and Google Ads platform.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and how paid search complements organic search.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and PPC tracking.
- Ability to design creative, compelling ad copies and email templates.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM integration for email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of additional ad platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
