If you have a technical aptitude in computer science or web development we are willing to train the right person who lacks heavy direct experience in these platforms.Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Campaign Creation &amp; Optimization - Google Ads: Design and manage search, display, video, and shopping campaigns on Google Ads, optimizing for performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).</li><li>Keyword Research, Targeting &amp; Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms, and optimize campaigns through effective targeting and bid management.</li><li>Technical SEO Audits: Identify and resolve technical issues on websites (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors) that could impact SEO performance.</li><li>Campaign Setup &amp; Optimization - Social Ads: Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, including audience segmentation, ad creatives, and budget allocation.</li><li>Backlink Strategy &amp; Link Building: Develop and execute a strategy for obtaining high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest adjustments to maximize performance or identify current issues.</li><li>Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li>Strategy Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations on how to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.</li><li>Data Gathering &amp; Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, etc.) to assess campaign performance.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Build Monthly Reports on campaign performance, providing easy-to-understand and actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to be presented to clients.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Highly Proficient in: Google Analytics, Google Ads (Google Adwords), Facebook Business Manager</li><li>These Skills Are Not Required But Are A Bonus: Search Engine Optimization Strategies and Tactics, Hubspot Sales and Marketing Hub, and Dynamic Call Tracking Technology.</li></ul>You Would Be a Good Fit if You:<ul><li>Take ownership of your assigned clients and strive to make their performance the best it can be!</li><li>Seek to find not just the obvious or easy solution, but the best solution for our clients and their customers.</li><li>Are excited to share new ideas and collaborate with the team on new ways to meet client goals.</li><li>Are able to pivot when priorities change.</li><li>Can adapt to an ever-changing and evolving environment.</li><li>Remain open to new ideas without fear of the unknown.</li></ul>WHO IS SOLV MARKETING?This world is filled with change.
