Role OverviewAs a Business Development Officer, your main responsibility will be to find potential clients, understand their software requirements, communicate our services professionally, and help close deals. This role is fully commission-based, meaning you will earn a strong percentage from every successfully closed project.This is a great opportunity for individuals who have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to build client relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Facebook groups, email outreach, referrals, and networking.</li><li>Identify businesses that need websites, mobile apps, software systems, SaaS products, AI solutions, or IT services.</li><li>Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.</li><li>Present our agency&rsquo;s services, portfolio, and development capabilities.</li><li>Arrange meetings or calls between interested clients and our technical team.</li><li>Follow up with leads and help move them toward project closure.</li><li>Maintain proper communication and updates with the internal team.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.</li><li>Support proposal discussions, pricing conversations, and negotiation where needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of software development services such as websites, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, and custom software.</li><li>Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or freelancing platforms is preferred.</li><li>Ability to find and approach potential clients independently.</li><li>Confident in handling client conversations.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-oriented.</li><li>Must be professional, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups.</li><li>Existing client network will be a strong plus.</li></ul>CompensationThis is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.You will receive an attractive percentage on every successfully closed project.
