Requirements:<ul><li>We are seeking a Digital Marketing &amp; SEO Specialist who will manage SEO strategy, digital advertising, social media content, and Amazon store optimization. The ideal candidate is results-driven with strong experience in e-commerce, branding, and performance marketing.</li></ul>Work conditions:<ul><li>We looking for a person who will work for us fulltime onsite.</li></ul>Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesSEO &amp; Website Optimization<ul><li>Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies</li><li>Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits</li><li>Optimize website content for search performance (using Rank Math SEO experience is a plus!)</li><li>Track and report performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions)</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Ads<ul><li>Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing campaigns</li><li>Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing funnels and retargeting</li></ul>Amazon Store Management<ul><li>Manage Amazon Seller Central listings, content, A+ pages, and keyword optimization</li><li>Monitor inventory, pricing, and customer reviews</li><li>Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns</li><li>Analyze sales trends and generate weekly performance reports</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest</li><li>Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with the Magic Sleek brand</li><li>Engage with audiences and manage community responses</li><li>Track and analyze engagement, reach, and growth metrics</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or e-commerce</li><li>Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, RankMath, etc.)</li><li>Experience creating and editing short-form social media content</li><li>Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bonus: Experience in beauty, haircare, or salon industry</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (add your range if desired)</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding international brand</li><li>Fun, creative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
