Digital Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Role Summary

This role goes beyond posting content. You will manage Magic Sleek’s social media presence, create engaging content, interact with customers, handle basic customer service, and oversee online marketplace listings (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, SalonCentric).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Plan and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness
• Engage with followers, reply to comments, DMs, and reviews
• Monitor trends, feedback, and engagement
• Track performance and optimize content
• Manage and update product listings on online marketplaces
• Support promotions, launches, and events

Requirements

• Experience in social media or digital content
• Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
• Understanding of SEO
• Familiarity with social media tools
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Basic Phone Call receiving, taking order
