Job Description &ndash; Logistics ManagerLocation: Manjusar, VadodaraExperience: 5&ndash;6 YearsQualification: Graduate (Any Stream)Key Responsibilities:Logistics &amp; Dispatch Management:<ul><li>Oversee complete logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and dispatch activities</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and schedule daily/weekly dispatches based on production and customer requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely material delivery to customers and sites</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure adherence to safety standards</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Transport Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics partners for vehicle arrangements</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate freight rates to optimize logistics costs</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain a reliable vendor network for transport and logistics services</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Oversee preparation of dispatch documents including e-way bills, challans, invoices, packing</li></ul>lists, etc.<ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies related to logistics</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of dispatches, logistics expenses, and shipment tracking</li></ul>Team &amp; Process Management:<ul><li>Lead, guide, and monitor the logistics/dispatch team for smooth operations</li></ul><ul><li>Implement best logistics practices to streamline processes</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor KPIs and prepare regular MIS/logistics reports</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with production, stores, sales, and accounts departments for dispatch planning</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Cost Control:<ul><li>Work closely with stores for material availability</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and control transportation and logistics costs</li></ul><ul><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational efficiency</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and supply chain processes</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in managing transporter networks and freight negotiations</li></ul><ul><li>Good leadership and team-handling skills</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Graduate (Any stream)</li></ul><ul><li>5&ndash;6 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC ?</li><li>Expected CTC ?</li><li>Notice Period ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Total: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Dispatching: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Manufacturing Industry: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
