Job Description: Senior Accountant - Male CandidateLocation: Al Karama, Dubai Work Type: Full-Time, On-SiteJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role is critical in managing day-to-day accounting operations and safeguarding the financial health of the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Record Management: Maintain financial records in compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws.</li><li>Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions and update general ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable: Manage AP/AR processes effectively and ensure timely payments and collections.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Audit Support: Liaise with internal departments and external auditors for audit activities and financial report preparation.</li><li>Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing financial forecasts.</li><li>Tax Compliance: Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax Returns in compliance with FTA regulations.</li><li>Internal Controls: Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.</li><li>Client Accounts Management: Maintain client accounts and provide accounting support as needed.</li><li>Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including documentation and data entry.</li></ul>Key Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</li><li>Exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Internal Auditing : 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>accounting in UAE: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>UAE VAT filling, and Corporate Tax regulations: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
