Role Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Executive who can handle day-to-day procurement activities for mechanical and industrial materials, mainly related to bearings and allied components.

The person should be comfortable dealing with vendors, negotiating rates and ensuring timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase of bearings, mechanical parts, spares and related materials
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
• Follow up with vendors for delivery schedules
• Coordinate with stores and production teams for material planning
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms
• Maintain proper purchase records and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning

Required Skills & Profile

• 2+ years of experience in purchase / procurement (manufacturing or mechanical industry preferred)
• Mechanical background is mandatory
• Good understanding of mechanical components and materials
• Experience in vendor coordination and price negotiation
• Basic knowledge of inventory and purchase documentation
• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP (if applicable)

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in engineering, bearings, automotive or industrial manufacturing companies
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
