Overview

We are hiring an IT Hardware Purchase Executive to support a Lahore-based international operation focused on sourcing, pricing, and commercial negotiation of IT hardware for the US market. The role involves communicating with US-based vendors, securing competitive pricing, managing purchase orders, and coordinating fulfillment of IT components for ongoing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source IT hardware (laptops, PCs, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, accessories) from approved US-based vendors and online marketplaces
• Conduct pricing research and compare quotations across suppliers in the US market
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and fulfillment timelines with US vendors
• Process purchase orders and maintain all relevant purchasing and procurement documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory and availability records for products and shipments
• Support incoming hardware inspections and quality checks according to US standards
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries within the US
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels
• Prepare regular status updates and reports for management, including insights on market trends and vendor performance

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of common IT hardware products
• Experience sourcing and purchasing IT hardware for the US market
• Confidence in vendor coordination and negotiations, especially with US suppliers
• Proficient in pricing/quotation handling and basic commercial math
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for creating comparison sheets and reports
• Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and client/vendor relationship management
• Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation, compliance, and quality control

Education & Experience

• Minimum education: Intermediate
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT hardware purchasing, sourcing, or distribution, with a focus on the US market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
