ERP Solutions Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented ERP Solutions Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ERP / B2B software sales and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and follow-ups on marketing and networking leads
  • Deliver ERP & HRMS demos, presentations, and proposal walkthroughs
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable ERP solutions
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans
  • Coordinate with marketing campaigns and partner programs
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth project handover
  • Support client onboarding, implementation coordination, and go-live activities
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure retention
  • Upsell and cross-sell ERP/HRMS modules and enhancements
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in ERP or B2B software sales
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Experience working with local and international SME and enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and technical teams
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven mindset

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Manufacturing ERP is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Production Planning (MRP)
  • Finance & Accounting ERP
  • Procurement & Supply Chain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
