Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Department in a growing software company. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth project execution, and long-term account growth—especially with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build strong, long-term relationships with local and international clients

Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and follow-ups in English

Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Sales & Account Growth

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers

Support deal closures and contract renewals in coordination with management

Requirement Gathering & Coordination

Understand client business needs and translate them into clear requirements

Coordinate with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure alignment

Manage scope discussions, change requests, and expectations professionally

Project Oversight & Communication

Track project progress and communicate updates to clients

Proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers and escalate when needed

Ensure all client communication remains clear, timely, and professional

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation

Prepare account reports, forecasts, and status updates for leadership

Ensure NDAs, agreements, and approvals are properly managed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

2–5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Client Partner in a software or IT services company

Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling custom software, SaaS, or digital solutions

Experience working with international or enterprise clients

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments

Ability to understand technical concepts without being a developer
