Job Tittle: Assistant Accountant

Responsibility:

• Process transactions, manage receipts, and handle payment processing

• Reconcile daily transactions and bank reconciliation

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare income tax challan (salary, vendors, suppliers etc.)

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure that all tax-related documents and records are organized and stored securely.

• Prepare financial and accounting details on specific funds along with their aging.

• Financial Reporting and necessary reconciliation.

• Any other work activity assigned by HOD

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Candidate should be B.com

• 1-2 years of working experience of related experience
