Bark Sales Executive (IT Services)

Job Description

UTF Labs is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bark Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads through platforms such as Bark.com and LinkedIn, building client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate IT sales leads through Bark.com, LinkedIn, and other inbound platforms
  • Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements
  • Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and closures in CRM tools
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Sales Targets & Performance Expectations

  • Generate USD 4,000 to USD 6,000 in revenue per month
  • Close 4–6 projects per month, depending on deal size
  • Maintain a lead-to-conversion ratio of 10–15%
  • Generate 10–15 qualified leads per week
  • Ensure 100% follow-up on assigned Bark and LinkedIn leads

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Bark sales, IT sales, or inside sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with international clients is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
